As the first piece of information in this issue we are extremely happy to link to an exclusive World News Daily report that the globalists have announced that "their dream of a North American Union is dead." It was killed by the actions of alert, freedom loving Americans. This is great news. I'm sure the furtherance of the push for the Amero money scam has been moved to a back burner along with the NAU plan.
At any rate, we at THEI are proud to have been involved in some small way with the end of the present push for beginning the NAFTA super-highway in Texas and the introduction of North American Union funny money as foreseen by our friends the Trilateralists.

"The strategy of acting on technical issues in an incremental, bureaucratic way and keeping the issues away from public view has generated more suspicion than accomplishments," Pastor admitted.

So it appears that all the patriot chatter about the Trans Texas Corridor from concerned citizens (see Research Report # 7) may have helped to alert and educate those Americans who appreciate our rights to property and individuality enough to rally behind the angry Texians and make enough noise to stop this N.W.O plan. This doesn't mean the globalists will give up on their major plan. We must not let our guard down yet. I believe the powers-that-be are beginning to realize that things have changed. No longer is what they decide to do an automatically done deal. They will, I'm sure, be returning to the days of deep-cover as they continue to work their nefarious plans from this point on.
We must remember that even in retreat the globalists always have a back-up plan. And don't let's forget that it's also possible that the whole NAFTA highway start-up was actually all part of a side-show. A road show put on in order to draw our attention away from the center ring of their circus. We are facing a situation which may possibly be the most important and frightening to come down the pike in many years. We'll examine this in detail later on in our "Eyeballin' the New World Order" report.

Scientists closer to developing invisibility cloak

Scientists say they are a step closer to developing materials that could render people and objects invisible. Researchers have demonstrated for the first time they were able to cloak three-dimensional objects using artificially engineered materials that redirect light around the objects.
Previously, they only have been able to cloak very thin two-dimensional objects.
The findings, by scientists at the University of California, Berkeley, led by Xiang Zhang, are to be released later this week in the journals Nature and Science.

150 UFO sightings in UK in 2008
London, Aug.10 : The British Ministry of Defense has said that 150 apparent 'flying saucers' have been reported to it, the police and military bases in 2008 so far, compared to 135 in 2007 and 97 in 2006.

Although doubted by some as impractical, plans for a car that runs on compressed air is generating a buzz, U.S. industry observers say.
Zero Pollution Motors of New Paltz, N.Y., has obtained a license from MDI of Barcelona, Spain, to produce the six-seat "air cars" in the United States, which is says it will begin delivering for less than $18,000 in 2010, CNN reported Saturday.
Shiva Vencat, vice president of MDI and CEO of Zero Pollution Motors, says the cars use compressed air in much the same way old locomotives used steam to power engine pistons. He told the broadcaster that one or more tanks of air under the car's floor would work in tandem with an 8-gallon gasoline tank to produce fuel efficiency ratings of up to 106 miles per gallon. I think Obama's salute says a lot. To me it symbolizes a fair warning of where the one-worlders plan on putting it to us.
Probably the most important single clue as to the immediate future we all face was the endorsement of Obama for president by the architect of the Tri-literal movement, Zbigniew Brzezinski. Actually with Obama's recent world wide tour it looks like he could very well be being groomed as possibly the First Leader of the New World down the road a-ways.
Since the late 1970's I have strongly felt that Mr. Brzezinski, along with his counterpart on the other side of the same coin Henry Kissinger, to be two of the most dangerous men behind the scenes in the World when it came to the planned overthrow of America's sovereignty and demolishing the very idea of individual freedoms. What has transpired in those 30-odd years since hasn't changed my mind one iota. Time and research has only made me believe more firmly that that is true.
The best explanation as to just who this guy Brzezinski aka Zbig is and his most important place in the movement towards a controlled world can be found in this rundown by Jim Marrs in his latest excellently researched and presented book, The Rise of the Fourth Reich, (C) 2008;
The concept of the Trilateral Commission was brought to David Rockefeller in the early 1970s by Zbigniew Brzezinski then head of the Russian studies department at Columbia University. . . . In a book titled "Between Two Ages: America's Role in the Technetronic Era," Brzezinski foresaw a society "that is shaped culturally, psychologically, socially, and economically by the impact of technology and electronics." . . . He also declared, "National sovereignty is no longer a viable concept. . . ."
[Note: I urge everyone to read Jim Marrs newest book, The Rise of the Fourth Reich (2008). I believe this to be one of the most important publications I've read in over 10 years, and I read a lot! This timely and well researched book filled in a lot of gaps in my own personal research. But be warned. The information Mr. Marrs reveals only accents the fact that our future as a free people is coming to an end].
. . . The book Between Two Ages was published in 1970, in which he called for a new international monetary system, and is considered to be the "Bible" of the Trilateralists.
Let's see . . . Zbig believes that "National Sovereignty is no longer a viable concept" and "a new international monetary system" is needed. Sound familiar? Do you think the first skirmish in the North America part of the tri-lateral plan for a one world government could have been the NAFTA highway and the Amero? I'm positive of it.
Jim Marrs also reported in The Rise of the Fourth Reich; [The] Brzezinski plan for a commission of trilateral nations was first presented during a meeting of the ultra secret Bilderburg Group on April 1972, in the small Belgian town of Knokke. Reception to Brzezinski's proposal reportedly was enthusiastic. The Trilateral commission was officially founded on July 1, 1973, with David Rockefeller as chairman. Brzezinski was named founding North American director, North American members included Georgia governor Jimmy Carter, U.S. Congressman John B. Anderson (another presidential candidate).
Although Brzezinski's endorsement almost insures that the globalist have tapped Obama as the next president, the controllers always hedge their bets. . As Patrick Wood reports in the following article,
Every Administration since Carter has had top-level Trilateral Commission representation through the President or Vice-President, or both! George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Al Gore and Dick Cheney are all members.
Unless Obama does something stupid or has done something real stupid in the pass that comes to light before election day and his keepers can't surpass it it's obvious to anyone who has watched the real masters manipulate the puppets in every presidential election since JFK that Obama has definitely already been tapped. That doesn't mean the one-worlders don't have another puppet, his strings slack for now, waiting in the wings. What really blows me away is the fact that so many people still believe that the election results that are fed to us on election night by a controlled media are the true wishes of the people. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that when David Rockefeller gives a fortune to one candidate or the other that all involved know that there will be a reckoning someday.
If you follow the money trail you can trace every presidential candidate since JFK's murder, and many before that, back to Rockefeller and Rothschild money.
And the Rockefellers and their pals don't mess around. They know that by owning both horses in a two horse race it doesn't matter who wins. The globalists' goals will always be front burner with the winner.
This election is no different. Brzezinski, and David Rockefeller founded the subversive Trilateral Commission, Henry Kissinger has been a Rockefeller bagman for as long as I can remember and the Rockefeller/Rothschild connection is old, old news.
Information about Rothschild's personal involvement in our country's elections are skimpy. That makes this video out of the U.K. of one of John McCain's fundraisers so interesting. Of course the die hard "conservative" will shrug his shoulders and say, "So?"
Sadly that would be the exact same reaction we would get from our "liberal" friends if they are made aware of the information included in this report about Obama.
It seems as though after getting educated in government schools, reading, watching and observing elitist's controlled media and television for the last 50 years, today's voters can be separated into two distinct groups of about equal size.
The first of these two groups who call themselves "liberal" will blindly follow the Democratic right arm of the RepubliC-rat political party into a future of Socialism. While the right arm of the one-party-pretending-to-be-two, the so-called "conservatives" will strap on the blinders and follow the Republicans directly into Fascism.
It doesn't really matter; either will take us down different paths leading to the same goal . . . the death of individual freedoms and human rights. The very things our forefathers pasted down to us and many more heroic Americans have fought and died for.
Truth-be-know it's as the late William Cooper said 15 years ago, "It's a done deal anyway."
What makes me so mad is the fact that we could have ended this destruction so easily. I've said it time after time, a two party system makes it too easy for those in power to conspire together to make of our nation what they want. Unless we establish at least one more viable political party to offset this problem our system of government is doomed. You can't make a workable padlock with only 2 numbers, given a little time anyone could open it. You must have at least 3 numbers to make a workable code. Unfortunately, I feel this will never happen.
On the whole Americans are too stupid about the workings of our government to see the future or make a move to change it if they do see it. The main cause of this of course is that the elitist controlled media has refused to report in an equal manner what other splinter American political parties have to offer.
So we Americans will follow the one-worlders down the garden path, replacing Democrats with Republicans and vice versa when we think the party in control at the moment is not working in our own personal interest, yet will not look back over the last 60 years or so to see that, overall, it doesn't matter which of the two parties has been in power; the goal of both are the same. . . . That, of course is a completely controlled populace totally dependent on a central government.

The increasing chatter going on about the possibility that the governments of the world, in particular the United States, are about to open up concerning what they know about UFOs finally reached a new high when, on July 23rd respected Astronaut Edger Mitchell admitted that he knew for sure that our planet had been visited by other beings. According to the Federal Reserve Bank of NY; 1 U.S. dollar = 10.025 Mexico pesos ( 7/25/08). Just 2 months ago when I was in Mexico it was $1=10.80 pesos. As we can see the separation of the values are getting closer together. As our US economy, housing costs, food, health care and energy prices continue to spiral upward the dollar is daily losing spending value, yet Mexico's peso is gaining steadily as reported in the L.A. Times.

It's good to be the peso.
The Mexican currency's hot streak is about to take the official exchange rate through the 10-to-the-dollar threshold for the first time since 2002. American tourists, you've been warned.
Buttressed by rising interest rates and a surprisingly strong economy, the peso has been surging against the dollar in the last few weeks, continuing a run-up that began early in the year.
The official market rate -- meaning for large currency transactions at banks -- had the peso at 10.005 to the dollar this morning, down from 10.07 on Tuesday, according to Bloomberg data. Last August the dollar still was worth more than 11 pesos.

But the process of equaling out the value of the US dollar and the Mexico peso is being carried out in other ways. I believe a good case could be presented that a portion of the Trilateralist plan of driving the US economy down to match that of Mexico in order to implement the Amero as the official currency of the North American Union is the current fuel pricing scam.
Presently we in the U.S. are paying about 4 bucks a gallon for gas. But, just across the border in Mexico where the government has controlled gas prices since the 1930s a gallon of regular gas as of 7/8/08 was $2.53 US while a gallon of Diesel was $2.16 US. (As we know the price of diesel must be taken into account when considering the price of everything else we buy because of the add-on of the shipping costs to the price of goods at the retail end).
With the US at 4 bucks and Mexico at $2.50 per gallon for the fuel which powers our modern mobile society, Mexicans end up with more spending power than their US neighbors. Increasing the price of gas for us here in the U.S. while Mexico controls their prices at a substantually lower rate is a stealth way of helping bring the value of our currency down while pushing the value of the Mexican peso up without the population realizing what's afoot. This is just one of the ways the controllers are using to help put the value of the two currencies on a level playing field in order to implement the introduction of the Amero.
Remember the three step plan the controllers ALWAYS use to implement their devious plans. (1) Find the problem, (2) Exploit the worst-case scenario the problem could lead too and (3) Offer a solution to solve the problem.
Unfortunately for them they let slip step (3) - replace the three targeted countries currency with the Amero - before the 2nd part of the game plan, the panic, was completely in place. In essence giving us the answer before the question was fully established.. Now we can watch as this whole rotten mess unfolds.

This week as I checked my sources for information to put in this report I realized that all of a sudden I was receiving enough UFO material to fill two magazines. With the ever increasing reports of UFO sightings worldwide over the past couple of years you'd have to be living with your head buried in the sand not to realize something is going on regarding these long elusive flying machines.
But what? I'm hearing many researchers speculating that the controllers are going to release all they know regarding the subject. But in my skeptical mind I know that goes against the globalists way of thinking. They take. They never give unless it benefits them. So, what's up?
First off remember that the controllers have been using their tried and proven game book for years to get what they want and, except for small setbacks their three step plan always works and is actually very easy to follow. All we have to do is look for their spoor in the situation and follow the well worn trail back to the smell. From watching them for years we know exactly how they will use this opportunity to their own advantage, whether brought on by their design or not. First they use the chatter to, (1) Create a problem.
That being the case, if they were about to release information that they have withheld for all these years what kind of problem would that create? It wouldn't. Although the apparent release of material might be part of the plan, that's not the main goal.
But the news of an invasion from outer space would be a different story. Now we've got a big, big problem! Even a perceived invasion, presented right, would do the trick. At this point lets do a little research.
The plan to deceive the people regarding the whole UFO enigma actually begin in the early 1950s so it's fairly easy to see what's really going on by looking at the plan already in progress. .

Here the writer is referring to the at-the-time highly secretive Robertson Report on UFOs where the CIA was in control of all the research done and control of the use of any findings.

Not really. In order to present an unbiased report you must start without preconceived results.
The dark, squat and beefy-looking, physicist Dr. Edward U. Condon was put in charge of the research work. Condon, was from the beginning, an arch-skeptic. "I do not believe in extraterrestrial saucers," he declared to a reporter even at the start of the investigation, "until I have seen and touched one, entered it, brought it to the laboratory and studied it together with competent people". It doesn't matter. The purpose of the committee was not to add to the knowledge of the subject. That was just for show. Behind the screen was another game-plan. A plan written out in easy to understand language in the committee's report itself which continues even today. You find part of the sinister plan of the Robinson Panel in Appendix U of "The Report . . ." under the heading "Educational Program."

The Panel's concept of a broad educational program integrating efforts of all concerned agencies was that it should have two major aims: training and "debunking".
The "debunking" aim would result in reduction in public interest in "flying saucers" which today evokes a strong psychological reaction. This education could be accomplished by mass media such as television, motion pictures, and popular articles. Basis of such education would be actual case histories which had been puzzling at first but later explained. As in the case of conjuring tricks, there is much less stimulation if the "secret" is known. Such a program should tend to reduce the current gullibility of the public and consequently their susceptibility to clever hostile propaganda. . . . Arthur Godfrey was mentioned as possibly a valuable channel of communication reaching a mass audience of certain levels. . . . The Jam Handy Co. which made World War II training films (motion picture and slide strips) was also suggested, as well as Walt Disney, Inc.
Cartoons by "Walt Disney, Inc." were recommended to be used for such a project, which is interesting, since it has been documented by biographer Marc Eliot that Disney was an FBI informant since perhaps as early as 1940. . . . J. Edgar Hoover's personal note of condolence to Disney's widow on December 15, 1966, confirms that 'Mr. Disney was on the Special Correspondents'List on a first name basis.
So, yes. I bet old Walt was more than glad to help propagandize the governments UFO problem. And so was the rest of Hollywood. After all connections between our intelligence community and Hollywood had been oiling the propaganda machine since during World War II. During the war the conduit between the two was The Office of War Information (OWI).
Six months after the United States entered World War II, the federal government launched a major propaganda program to assist in fighting the war. The Office of War Information, established by executive order in June 1942, was the dominant agency in the campaign. From the start, the propaganda organization, had a vision of the role it could play. It wanted to take an active part in winning the war and in laying the foundations for a better postwar world. To that end, OWI sought to communicate American aims in the struggle at hand and at the same time tried to convey to audiences at home and abroad the ideas that could give rise to a peaceful, democratic world. (Page 1) . . . i.e. a New World Order.
The beginning of the UFO period was only a couple of years after the war ended, so naturally the contacts for propaganda projects were still in place. It was easy to reestablish the network and they had the mill to take selected information, add the propaganda and present it to the people . . . the movie picture industry.

Movies, so popular with the public, offers an obvious way of informing the people about the war. Approximately eighty million Americans each week attended films, and the sixteen thousand theaters throughout the country could accommodate eleven million at any given time. The president himself, soon after Pearl Harbor, called the motion picture "one of the most effective media in informing and entertaining our citizens" and declared that it would make "a very useful contribution" to the whole war effort.
And so OWI's Bureau of Motion Pictures, under the direction of Lowell Mellett, set out to try to influence the audience.
Given the fact of the close relationship between Hollywood and Washington, it is highly probable that those in charge of the secret UFO information would try to use whatever means they could, not only to conceal UFO information from the public , but also to get information out to the public.
And this they did.
The producers of these "Science Fiction" films used the best special effects processes available at the time to create realistic looking "Flying Saucers" and if the acting seemed camp, even back then, it was suppose to. Most of these films were shot in black and white with narration in the background. To an audience who had recently experienced The Great War in the black and white and style of Movie Tone News, this gave subliminal credence to the appearance of realism.
There was but one message that these propaganda vehicles were designed to deliver to those who wouldn't accept the government's denial, and believed these craft actually existed. This message was delivered during the final scene in every single one of them.
Our hero and his female counterpart are shown on the beach/in the desert/on a mountain, looking up into the star filled/clear blue sky. She asks, "Will they ever return?"Then as the sun sets/rises he puts his arm around her and, very seriously says, "Only when we're ready" or some such. But we the subjects of the propaganda will have received their subliminal message. If UFOs do exist, then they are extraterrestrial. Even though no evidence has ever been found to support this theory, and if fact the government's own report stated, "the actions attributed to the flying objects . . . seem inconsistent with the requirements for space travel."
The 'Keepers of the Secrets' had to convince the believers in UFOs that they were interplanetary because they didn't want us looking at other possibilities of origin. As present attitudes reflect they've done a damn good job.
Besides plans to propagandize the citizens through the use of any means necessary, they realized the importance of control over those organizations and citizens who just 'didn't get it'. This problem is also addressed in Appendix U:
Unofficial Investigating GroupsThe Panel took cognizance of the existence of such groups as the "Civilian Flying Saucer Investigators" (Los Angeles) and the "Aerial Phenomena Research Organization" (Wisconsin). It was believed that such organizations should be watched because of their potentially great influence on mass thinking if widespread sightings should occur. The apparent irresponsibility and the possible use of such groups for subversive purposes should be kept in mind.
Of course that's another story and is beyond the scope of this report. We'll study this more in another issue.
Since the early 1950s we have been spoon-fed UFO-occupants-are-all-extraterrestrial through movies, TV, and news outlets. Needless to say what we believe as a people about UFOs is that IF THEY DO EXIST, they come from outer space.
Many believe that the facts are being concealed from us for our own good. (I like how "they" are always doing things "for our own good").
Another possibility :
But there may be a more sinister reason. Maybe the whole UFO/Alien thing is contrived. Maybe it's all been a plan to make us want, or even beg for a One World Order.
Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. [referring to the 1991 riots] Tomorrow they would be grateful! That is especially true if they are told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world would plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being, granted to them by the "World Government."

Or, are the controllers going to pull off the grand-daddy of con-games and announce that yes, they are out there! That the government, our protectors, have tried to fight them off in secrecy for years, but the final battle is coming, and the only way to keep them at bay is by joining into a single world government (to ptotect us) immediately or all is lost.
Or even more frightening: Are all-of-the-above true? Including the eating-us part!
The truth might be out there. But it sure is elusive.

According to handwritten annotations on the manuscript, it was "submitted to Project Blue Book in 1961" and subsequently passed to those who stamped some pages in red ink - tested to be of appropriate age and kind - with the classification "TOP SECRET/MAJIC" and "FOR US 'EYES ONLY'."

In an internal report entitled "CIA's Role in the Study of UFOs, 1947-90," agency historian Gerald K. Haines portrayed the CIA as consistently and deliberately working to suppress reports of unidentified aerial phenomena since modern UFO sightings began with the Kenneth Arnold case of 1947.

UFO groups griping about unfair press coverage need to recognize the mainstream media for what they are, and accept some responsibility. With precious few exceptions, UFOs = Little Green Men. That's life in the U.S.
And if Little Green Men posters or masks or blow-up dolls or "marital" aids or whatever are on display at a convention, take this to the bank: They will magnetize the MSM like iron filings. Because the MSM's interest in this stuff runs no deeper than sci-fi flicks. A flying saucer is in the works, but it didn't come from space. It came from Florida.
Subrata Roy, an engineering professor at the University of Florida, is trying to patent his design of a circular, spinning aircraft he dubs WEAV, short for wingless electromagnetic air vehicle.
The suggested prototype offers several advantages. It can hover and take off vertically. With no moving parts, the WEAV should be markedly reliable. And though his battery-powered model is only six inches across, Roy thinks a larger craft is possible.

Once again new scientific findings add support to the pole shift theory. And it looks as though something might happen to our big blue marble in the not to distant future.
